What!?! no more bajillion token tips and logging off? OMG

So I logged into my model admin and looked at the updates. Well, this may be some good news for members and bad news for some models. Here goes.....

May 31st, '12 Ratings and Tips
1) Ratings- In the past, after a long private show, members were given the option to rate the private show. We have found that this feature was not important to models or members so it has been removed. The ratings did not effect CamScore so the removal of the ratings will not change anything else on the site.

2) Tips- We have been receiving complaints that some models are making big promises for tips, and then after receiving the tip they ignore or ban the member, or otherwise do not follow through on the promise. Models that intentionally mislead or scam members will be fined and removed from the website.

Thank you to all of our wonderful models for another record month!

In a way, i think this is good, but also, it could hurt people as well, what are your thoughts?

This could potentially be very bad for models if someone decides they don't like her anymore and report her for no reason.

They can't MAKE her stay online to do it, so if they fine her, will MFC keep the tokens for the viewer is out tokens and the model gets none? I am not saying scamming is okay, but how will they make sure people aren't lying or embellishing?

"I paid 1,800 tokens for s skype show, then she never gave me one" How do they prove it?

I see your point Starzy. It could be very bad, especially if like you said, someone gets mad and decides not to like a model, and makes up a lie to get her banned. Maybe this is for people that deliberately scam and know better. But as with all rules, it affects all involved. I hope this does not become a site where if members get angry about anything, they can just go report a girl and she loses all of her money. That would be fucked up. God, Leo Radvinski, wtf are you thinking?????

I guess if a member complains they will check the logs to see if he did anything to deserve getting banned for after tipping. Offsite transactions probably do not count, since they can not be verified by MFC, and I think they want you doing privates not cheap Skype shows. They said nothing about refunds, so I assume the site keeps all of the money.

Yes, if someone is accused, MFC better do everything in their power to ensure that the accusation is accurate--and in some cases, simply checking logs may not be enough. If it comes down to "he said/she said" who do they favor?

Does MFC even have the resources to check the credibility of every accusation from members, many of whom are trolls?

Do you guys really think that all it will take is one member tattling to MFC to get a model banned, though? That wasn't the impression I got. I think this new rule is more meant for girls who literally do nothing but scam...I will be surprised if a lot of girls end up getting in trouble for this. Maybe I'm putting too much faith in MFC's staff.

My opinion: Basic CYA. They've had a few scammers that are pissing members off. Now everybody's been warned. The hammer comes down on the scammers. Everyone else, business as usual.

I think they will look at how much money the model makes them and decide if they want to kick her off the site and keep her last check.

About all I think you can do in public chat is use your vibrating marshmallows or strip nude and dance basically.

I don't see any problem with this whatsoever. If a model is doing everything fair, she should not have anything to be concerned about.

Accusations will need to be proven via chat logs, timings of tokens spent, tokens received... it doesn't take a genius cyber sleuth for MFC to see a pattern of scamming. At least MFC is finally doing something, whether it be anything beyond a bark with no bite... time will tell.

If a model promises a double anal fisting show and doesn't deliver, even if she is FOLLOWING the rules by not delivering, she shouldn't be making promises she can't or won't keep.

It's still intentionally misleading members.

I always assumed that major scammers didn't last long on MFC anyway. It seems like word would get out and eventually push them to page 2 or 3. Are my glasses too rose colored on this one? Also, did MFC advertise this change to models or models and members? If it was just a memo to models, that might be a smart way to scare some of the weaselers into flying straighter. Advertising it to members would be asking for a flood of butthurt dudes however.

A couple of you mentioned HorrrnyHelen. I stopped by her room today and yesterday. Her topic read something along the lines of : " Fake boobs. tip to take clothes off or go pvt" < Something along those lines... the part that I'm pointing out is that on both days she had "Fake boobs" in her topic.

Maybe there's something I'm missing - but it seems to be that she is now admitting that they are fake?? Maybe she's been lurking on this forum!!lol
That being said, WHY then continue wearing the boob-balloon-blue-shirt? I think, personally, and this is all just speculation - that she feels more sexy when she sees herself on cam with the huge boobs...she doesn't see that they look completely and utterly fake and, in the nicest way possible, scary *_*
She's a really pretty girl and her natural boobies look great on her slim frame.


Also, in terms of the scamming models rule - I most definitely am hoping MFC has enough sense not to go by what some pissed off member says.
Some of these guys are just downright malicious and vindictive.. not to mention disrespectful, petty, and self-absorbed. I could totally see one of the thousands of daily " Hey bb! My cam is on, come look at my HUGE cock!" people get all huffed up when a model tells them either no or only with a tip ("Excuse me? I'm young and hot and my penis is HUGE! How DARE you ask for a tip!") ...and then try to get revenge by reporting the model.

I'm pretty sure though that it's mostly for the serial scammers - - most of the girls who scam do it on a regular basis..so it wouldn't be that hard to see the pattern.

Hmmm..maybe they should make one for the members too? Members who promise to tip but then disappear? ...Nah -most models ask for a tip upfront... but it would be nice for the members to also have some sort of thought at the back of their head that if they rip off a model that they could get kicked off the site for a month or something (I'd say knowingly scamming a model deserves a permanent ban but MFC would never agree to that)...This is mostly for the new models who get taken advantage of.

What about members who try to claim anon tips, and newer models who dont know to check the tip history? Something like that happened to me once, and the guy got really mad. I was seriously clueless at the time.

This happened to SophiaLocke when I was in her room once. She got a fairly big-ish (if i recall correctly) anon tip, and one regular wanted to claim it. She just said something along the lines of, "sorry, if it's anonymous then I can't give the (menu item) to you." It was really well handled.

In a slower room a model who knows how to check it might, but if things are fast-paced and a member makes an anon tip then they should know better than to try and claim it later.

Even so, unless a member knows you really well, they shouldn't anon tip and expect you to know it's them.

Even if there is NO tip note, if its really his he'll pm and say "ummmm im not sure..there was no tip note?"

I see no reason to even be concerned for the "what ifs" with a pissed off member. MFC is smart enough to already be aware of these destructive behaviors and I'm positive they will look at any and all logs of such things before deciding what action to take. They very easily can check the members tips as well as the chat between them and the model, including any other chats where he may have been running his mouth .. as in the lounges or between members where many guys seem to tell all to make themselves feel .... "bigger".
The one potential issue tho could be tips for skype shows BC there is no way to check if the show was delivered. :-D Ya spends ya tokies and takes ya chances... Perhaps another way to steer everyone back to privates @ MFC?

As to trying to claim anony "moose tips" ... :laughing-rolling: lmao.. if someones that stupid not to realize many do have tip notes and try to claim them, then they prolly deserve a ban just for being stupid. I always put some sort of identifying mark in mine.. a word, smiley face or even simply an asterisk, just so the model can tell who's lying to her.
