What site is best for hourly pay?

I want to find a site that pays models hourly for time spent on cam (not just in pvt but free chat too). It doesn't have to be alot but it has to be reasonable (nothing under minimum wage). I'm tired of working on sites where I'd be on cam all night, deal with rude pervs and make a measly $20 (I had to get topless just for that). Granted that was just my first night but I felt like for the tons of guys hanging out on my cam that I should have made more. I'm nice, polite, talkative, and I obviously look good enough to model outside of camming since 2006. So please help me find a site that treats its models better and pays hourly that way I don't feel like I'm wasting my time and being taken advantage of. I need a more stable source of income and fast. Please help!

The photos I attached are of me from some of my favorite shoots, to show you what I look like. I can attach nudes if you need to see my figure better (but nothing pornographic since I don't do that).

Camming is a lot of ups and downs. You'll have nights where you make more than you could ever dream of and nights where you make nothing at all. It's not a get rich quick scheme and you need to do more than be nice, polite, talkative and pretty in order to make it. There are hundreds (thousands, maybe) of gorgeous girls who fail every day.

Hourly pay sites are not standard... For this industry. You are looking for something that really doesn't exist. other than maybe that one guy who was trying to get his site started

I will say that I am currently testing the site that the thread linked above is referring to. I honestly have not said anything because I have not fully gotten the experience. (I've done four one hour shows and am waiting on my first check and date for the first check has not arrived yet).

All I can tell you about it so far is I love the layout, I love how it is run, and so far support has been amazing (as in support has gotten back to me mid show after sending an email DURING same show). I have yet to receive a check to verify that I am actually receiving hourly pay but when I can verify that I will. I know that they had to make changes to their pay system before I could even start due to the fact that they were "hiring" me on hourly. I do three one hours shows a week and the pay is above minimum wage plus 25% commission on tips (which is no big deal for me if I am getting hourly pay that I am anticipating and have agreed to work for).

If that is the case Vamp do not post published pictures that have been posted online elsewhere with your name/location/etc anywhere related to camming. It is incredibly easy to be stalked just from that alone.

Okay in that case Vamp, you absolutely need to plug the security leaks. I suggest obtaining model status if you qualify for it (I didn't look at if you were actively camming yet or not) and if you are unable to, feel free to PM me or look under General Camming Discussion and look at the How to Stalk or something like that thread. It has a lot of good information but I can't post links atm. If anyone can help me with a clicky link it would be greatly appreciated!

She could change her cam model name (and her forum name) and remove her modeling pictures from MFC.

I see what you mean. Took 3 minutes to find facebook, imdb entry, other modeling profiles, real name... But to be fair this is a bit harsh. Not every model out there really cares if her name and location is known.

JoBerry has a point but at the same time if she isn't privy to how out her information is she might want to know. Sort of on the fence between the two views as I only keep camming from my family itself and not really anyone else. The bigger issue is the ability to stalk unless its something she is using to continue to promote herself? Eh I'm tired and need a nap. Anything more than what I've written will become incoherent shortly.

I think there's a big difference between clothed modeling and camming.
