hii everyone! my name is smaiib0y!! i’ve only been doing this for abt two weeks but i absolutely love the community. everybody is super nice 
ever since i found out abt being a cam model i have been able to actually focus on my classes and getting my degree instead of focusing on work and how rent is going to be paid since i moved out at 18. i love performing and i am a total blabbermouth and literally can never shut up so being able to find an outlet and be an outlet for people makes me feel incredibly good

Very interested in the sociology, the economic/financial dynamics, the (unfortunate) laws that limit personal freedom and expression and personal agency, the psychological affects (specifically parasocial relationships and the "asymmetry of love/affection/bonding") and everything in between. Thanks in advance for any and all helpful advice!

Larissa new here !!, I have been in this industry for about 4 years, mostly in my free time, so I can consider it a small part time job, I work in tech and software development, so this gives me the opportunity for purchase new gear (cameras, lights, lingerie, etc), learn about video content edit, photography, social network management, so I'm pretty happy to webcam and try to do it better.

Been married twice, I like reading, cooking, music, gaming, shopping online and chatting. We have a large dog crown rescued with severe anxiety; if crown is around Shadow is too. He's constantly camera-bombing and sometimes puts a delay in my stream, especially if Crown and I are playing together.
Anyways, I'm Kat from katandcrown and crownandkat; primarily on CB but there are accounts on Stripchat, BongaModels and Cam4. My husband and I only tried the other sites because of various suspensions and bans on CB; they never gave a reason the first time it happened where he couldn't be on cam with me. Then there was an actual ban on crownandkat where we couldn't broadcast even just me solo. So katandcrown was born and I stepped into the camlife solo.
I've been camming (but not for money) since 2002. I loved chatting (initially roleplaying) in chatrooms via Prodigy and AOL. Eventually I liked putting my webcam up on Yahoo messenger and chatting there too.
I've been a videochat admin and website admin for (now closed) adult networking sites: Spicepad, Adultspace, MyProfilez, Anywebcam, JaneLovesDick, OKCupid. I eventually met my forever hubby Crown one of these and we've been married for over a decade.
We like to watch and be watched. Crown has been watching actual cam models much longer than me. When I couldn't find steady work I dived into actual cam modeling via iFriendz and then MFC. I found it difficult with the rules not allowing crown to be with me (at least publicly). I quickly stopped when I landed a nice administrative assistant job with a school transportation company. Covid hits and there's a layoff. I've been relatively successful finding contracts that are remote/work from home. It's getting harder and I'm not getting any younger ...
Crown showed me Chaturbate and said there's couples allowed. Peppermint from peppermintdusty was very encouraging because I thought I was too old to be a successful model. Everyone is so gorgeous and does things I can't ..

I've YouTube and Google stuff about camlife. A lot of rules and it's overwhelming the stuff modeling can entail. This will be my first full year as a model (and I hope for more) but I'm trying to figure out taxes, I'm told I need to create a brand/business, get a license, business checking etc and track all expenses related to camming.
This forum seems very nice and knowledgeable so I have lots to read and hopefully my questions can get somewhat answered personally.
The initial reason I joined here was for punkerbarbie. Both accounts got banned on CB. I made a thread about the details... I was told to look in Reddit but I found this forum.
So yeah... Detailed intro to me.
