I did a tiny amount of pee stuff too and removed it for similar reasons. I think it being psychologically harmful to you and me is different from it being harmful across the board to everyone like vomit, and scat or risks associated with choking for example.

Psychological harm is so much more individual. There are many people who suffer mental damage just engaging in sex work due to their own feelings about it being gross. There are also pretty serious morality laws in the US and elsewhere (especially the UK) that most payment processors are really strict with (or charge a hefty fee to allow since it’s quite risky). Usually a site that allows extreme content hasn’t done their due diligence. Visa and Mastercard in particular have very strict rules about what kind of content you can buy using them.

P*cketstars is a great example of this, they allowed anything on their fan site originally. It was because they had no idea what they were doing or how serious it would be. Their payment processor cut them off with no warning and Mastercard fined them a $100k reputation fine. Their website has never recovered and for good reason! Anyone who runs an adult site should be actually educated about this stuff or else it’s just hurting themselves, their performers AND the customers.

I don't think I understand - offensive to who? And what difference does it make when someone is offering something that's not good or safe? If the user knows that it's wrong and still wants to pay to see it, they are in the wrong. And I don't think there are many unsafe or degrading things on cam that are not obviously unsafe or degrading.
