Would a free agency-matching service actually be useful to creators?

Hey everyone, I’m Felix, founder of iModelly.
I’ve noticed that creators looking for management usually have to contact agencies individually and figure out themselves which ones are actually a good fit.
iModelly is trying to approach this differently. We’re not a management agency. Creators tell us what they’re looking for, and we privately match them with suitable vetted management agencies. It’s completely free for creators and there’s no obligation to sign with anyone.
I’d genuinely like some feedback from creators here:
What would make you trust a service like this, and what are the biggest red flags you normally see when agencies approach you?
If anyone wants to see what we’re building, it’s imodelly.com.
I’m also happy to answer questions openly here instead of DMing people.

huh ??
Creators don't look for management. what can a management offer a creator she can't do herself ?

and what are the biggest red flags you normally see when agencies approach you?

as you say yourself , management agents are looking for creators ...
but an active creator knows they does not need them

I’ve spent several years around creator management
want to go into some more detail on this history + provide references, as of right now you are pitching to models that dont use an agency because they know that an agency provides no value, so unless you have some mega credentials and pre-existing contacts that's really not going to change and even then it's going to be hard.

that's an interesting angle on affiliate marketing and OFM, I presume you're paid by the agencies to which you refer performers? assuming so, that does raise the questions of whether you'll refer a performer to where you can receive the biggest payout, how well you vet and understand the agencies to which you make referrals, and your prior history working in adult

and yeah, to echo Droopla and Marti, I can't really see the value of your service. management agencies/OFM are the virtual studios of the 'creator' space; a way for those who don't do the work to get a cut of the action. the services simply aren't needed unless one wants to alienate their client base by using chatters. my two cents, anyway

I do appreciate that you've come here open to publicly discussing your project, the constant "I have a new business, contact me on tg" stuff gets old real quick

please do provide your background/experience in the space

Conceptually, matching creators with vetted agencies sounds great, but trust in this industry is notoriously hard to build.
The biggest red flags creators usually run into are predatory revenue splits, opaque contracts (especially around content rights and IP ownership), and agencies promising astronomical guaranteed payouts right off the bat. If you want creators to trust a matching service, total transparency on how agencies are 'vetted' is key. Showing clear criteria—like contract terms, data protection standards, and actual verified creator reviews—would go a really long way!

Looking through your website models don’t pay you but agencies do, once a model has been matched.

I assume you’ve already got contracts in place with agencies - can you say which agencies they are?
