Hey everyone :)

Around 6 months ago I created a CB account called "WesJohnson" and was streaming doing quite well. I had proper verification and was not breaking any rules of any sort. Yes, I've read the rules for those who are curious. I got banned maybe a week or two into streaming under the reason that "many users were reporting my account as underage". I was told that even though I am of legal age in my country (USA) that I will need to wait 6 months and TRY to apply again. I am not barely legal I am 22 years old going on 23. Anyways.. I took the loss and walked away from the site for 6 months. Today I decided to make a new account to try and get a fresh start. This account is "RyanJacksOff". Upon submitting my verification photos my account was banned and I was told to re-verify which I have done. The verification on "RyanJacksOff" has been denied twice now without a reason next to each attempt. I have made sure the photos are up to the CB standard of quality as well. Of course I have sent an e-mail out to support but I was hoping to talk with someone directly on here if that is possible.

TL;DR

CB knows I am of legal age but banned me because a ton of people reported me as underage. Now I cannot get verified even after waiting for the 6 month period I was asked to wait.

If the ban was not lifted on the original account (I've never seen them say wait 6 months ever), any other accounts made will be automatically flagged and banned for the same reason.

I always found it strange that they ban people for "looking underage" when they have the ID documents to prove they are of legal age

Yes but it happens. I have seen some models in Colombia at least, that for some weird reason they look younger on their IDs and I think at the verification process, here it comes the "looking underage"
