wrongly banned

hello @punker barbie I have been trying to reach support for 1 week but never receive an answer, please help me. I was exactly one week ago, on May 10, 2026, at 3:30 am.
I am accused of drug use, but I have never consumed drugs on camera!
I only smoked my hand-rolled cigarettes, which contained only Marlboro tobacco!
I ask that this misunderstanding be resolved as quickly as possible and the ban lifted, so that I am allowed to broadcast again.

How important is this job to you? Is it important enough to even forgo anything that might be interpreted the wrong way? If so, then stop partaking in hand-rolled cigarettes while broadcasting, or better yet... just don't smoke ANYTHING while broadcasting.

I told them thant i Never will smoke again on stream to avoid such problems in the future
