Yup another camescore question

I've only been on since the first weeks of October so I don't really understand what a camscore is and why it's important. One person tells me its more important than my tips and another says I shouldn't worry about it.
Should I care about it? And how the hell is it calculated? I was prepping for my new and regular "fuck me Friday" show on a day during the week, I was on cam setting up my overlays and screen capture software and I had about 100-200 watching me do it (which was weird but funny) and the next day my camscore had dropped by 200 points. Then on the actual Friday it went back up by about 400 points. I have no idea how that works or if I should care.

Long story short: camscore is calculated by the amount of tokens made vs. how many hours worked over a 60-day period. ^_^
