This is a bit of a rant and also me wondering if anyone else has received warnings like this. I got this site warning as I was logging off just now and it’s not the first time I’ve received an incredibly vague site warning while not doing anything outside of the ordinary on cam. Is it unreasonable to ask these admins to be a bit more specific in explaining what the actual violation was? I don’t see the point in having a comment box to reply either, in my experience they have never responded when I ask them to clarify what exactly I did that was against the rules.

I recently got a warning saying that someone has to be on cam the whole time... while being on cam the whole time. I literally didn't move away from cam for 1 second during that stream ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Thank you for taking the time to write this and express your frustrations. We apologize that the warning you received was vague and did not accurately convey why you received the warning in the first place. I have confirmed that the support team is updating the standard warning messages that are sent out if something is seen on cam that may be considered a violation of the site Terms and Conditions. The support team does often check back on the account to see if a response was given in regards to the warning that was sent, however you bring to light an issue that we will strive to fix as soon as we can. If for any reason you have a question regarding a warning you received in the interim please do not hesitate to email the support staff and they would be happy to assist.

This is a great step in the right direction.

It seems to be the case for some things. I received a message explicit enough once, last week.
The alert popup mentioned 'paypal' payments.

Though I had never used this to pay a service on CB, but surely mentioned the word in a conversation to buy token on the site itself (This seems to be a new buying method proposed in CB. New enough to exchange the information)
So, I imagine that it was produced by a bot. Else an operator could spend a bit more time to check before sending the alert.

Maybe someone reported you, I regularly say on cam that they can buy tokens "even with Paypal!" because many people don't know it's an option and I've never gotten a warning for it.
