Can anyone help me and give me some instructions on how to open a bitcoin account and receive money from Chaturbate?
Where do I register and how does this money withdraw in Eastern Europe?
Thanks

It's similar to direct deposit. Where you setup a bank account, and then give CB your bank account number so they can deposit money into the account.

With bitcoin you need a bitcoin wallet. That could be an online website like coinbase. Or an offline wallet like Ledger Nano X. Or software walled on your smart phone like DropBit.

What ever wallet you choose to use. You'll create a public and private key. The public key is like your bank account number. That's what you give to people to et payed. CB payment page, you should be able to put your bitcoin public key in there.

The private key is what you'll use to get money out. It's allot like the pin on your bank account. If you accidentally give it to some one, your screwed. If your computer get hacked or malware get on your computer, your screwed. If you loose it, your screwed.

If you use a website like coinbase, they handle setting up your bitcoin wallet, and creating your public and private key. Really all you got to do is create an account to get started. Just keep in mind if the website get hacked, or some one gets into your account, they can take all the money out of the account.

Highly suggest googling this. Watch some youtube videos, read some guides about how to try and use bitcoin .

yes : never use a web site and take your time to understand well how it works
(If you do, do it for a try only then fastly install a wallet and transfer all on it)

It is *cash* treat it as being cash, you can lose it the same way than walking in the street

At minimum I would start with :
- Install a wallet on your device (smartphone ie as 'my pocket with every day cash')
- Keep a save of your credentials on another device

test it with few cash... then, when you feel ok to continue with it
- Install a second wallet on another device (home pc ie as 'kitchen's drawer') to keep here safe the most of cash.
from that one, you'll only do transactions with your smartphone's one, or use it to buy coins.
So, no big problem if you loose the smartphone or else.
(save credential on an external drive)

(and just a personal opinion : I don't like physical wallets on key, that's too easy to lose)

Thank you very much, I try to understand, it's not complicated.
I would definitely withdrew the money right away.

Can you tell me if bitcoin can be sold on PayPal somehow? Thanks

If your just holding onto bitcoins, then a hardware wallet is usually considered the most secure option.

Ledger Nano S, they offer a bundle where you can get a backup device.
Trezor One similarly offers bundles that include a backup.

It's the kind of thing where you keep the One on you, and keep the backup in your safe deposit box.

The idea of using a smartphone.. It is useful if your running around trying to pay in bitcoins, but android smart phones are not that secure. All it take is one android apps that's a trojans to steal bitcoins. Plugging it into the wrong device could get your bitcoins stolen. Most people don't encrypt their android smart phones. There also many ways to try and bypass the lock screen. Many android phones do not get OS updates, or are slow with updates. Often their backed up to google without 2 step enabled.

I would definitely withdrew the money right away.

Well if you setup an account on coinbase. (or a similar bitcoin exchange) You can set so when you get a bitcoin deposit. It automatically sells off the bitcoins for USD, and deposits the USD into your bank account. Similarly you can sell off bitcoins, and get the USD transferred to paypal.

In the case of coinbase, I think the default exchange can take up to 2 days.

You could also exchange bitcoins for USD at a bitcoin ATM Exchange.

Any time you use a bitcoin exchange, there a risk that they gets hacked, and you don't get the money. But there no way to exchange bitcoins for USD without this risk. So you just got to know there always a chance you loose the payout.

The downside of exchanging to paypal, is they can charge additional fees. Paypal has been known to freeze accounts if they suspect it's involved with porn.

Well last year, there was one fake Metamask app on the official Google play store. It scanned the clipboard for private keys. and when found would take them. By the time it was detected 1.7 billion was already stolen.

If some one knew they had a couple thousands dollars in crypto. An attack might find their phone number. Fake being them to transfer their phone to a new account. Use the phone to reset their google password, download the android backup. There was 2,658 bitcoin accounts cleaned out in 2016 that way.

The main idea is not to make your smartphone your main wallet of course : ) but to have more than a single wallet.
then, whatever happens, you won't cry too much.

As shit happen, many see also their PC's hdd crashed

Hello everyone! Am I the only one who cannot fill in my BTC address in the same called tab on payment info? Their tab is too short for my address and it keeps cutting it by 7 symbols. I messaged CB support. but they don't answer me back.
Try a different wallet? I remember a year ago someone on reddit was talking about having a 62 character bitcoin address and found out that it was considfered a bech22 segwit address and that CB didn't support that. Unfortunately thats the only time i've ever seen someone talking about anything regarding bitcoin address size.

Yeah you fill out all the details it asks, I can't see the form without resetting my payout information so I can't double check the information.

You just cash out the tokens before the pay period ends, they will also send you a reminder 4 days prior that says "Make sure you convert your tokens to cash before the period ends by going to the "Token Stats" tab on the Broadcast Yourself page above. "

and nothing oblige you to wait. You can cash out as often you like. ie each end of show.
all will be paid anyway this day, and you don't risk to forget or miss the day.

edit:

so, yes.

Are exchanges like Coinbase adult friendly? I know that some exchanges do not accept gambling money. They just close the account if they find out. Bitcoin is not anonymous and the origin of the money can be traced. But it seems you don't have any problems in the past?

I always just used bitcoin Atm's or Piixpay who send you a direct deposit to your bank account ( believe it's europe only and paid out in euros) so cant say about the TOS of any excchanges, I would recommend readin through them and if your still unsure then contact support.

If you want to check out Piixapay here's my link

** edit **

I havnt used Pixxapay in a while, but when I did use them I had 0 issues.

Is anyone using bitcoin wallet on CEX.IO. This is the first time I used this payment method so I'm very nervous. I requested 2 wire transfers for the last month but they failed to get to my country.
What wallet app would you recommend using from Google play? Many thanks!

If you are using the wallet given to you by an exchange, and plan to convert your money as soon as you get it, then there isn't likely to be any issues.
