I’m having a terrible problem and I don’t know what to do about it. I received my salary from Chaturbate in bitcoins, but the money didn’t reach my active wallet (it didn’t pass the AML verification). I wrote to support, and they asked me to send the money back. I sent it on June 24 and waited for a response and the money. They ignored me for two months and replied on August 24 (because I wrote to you here). I don’t know how long I would have waited for a response if I hadn’t written here. I asked to have my bitcoins sent back to my Bitcoin wallet. They ignored my request and sent me dollars to my Chaturbeat account. They calculated the dollars based on the Bitcoin exchange rate from June 24 and sent it to me at the end of August. I’m terribly disappointed, as this is not the amount I was supposed to receive. I’m incredibly sad that support is using my money as they see fit and buying dollars at the most unfavorable moment. They wait 2 months and then send this to me. Please help me get back the money I earned through hard work.
