Account banned as a viewer

Hello all.

I have been a long time CB user, I only watch, I do not stream. I am pretty much regular to a girl, basically I only spend on her privates. Today I bought tokens as usual and we went pvt. After like an hour the both of us were banned from the site. We didn't even do anything sexual, we were just talking, so not like we did something illegal. Can anyone help? I wrote to support, but I am afraid they won't look into it. I still had 1180 tokens, I am not rich, so I would be devastated if I spent 100 dollars for nothing.
