Account banned when was trying to verify

Hi, I have been camming on CB for over 5 years, since the document I used to verified back in 2015 expired I have to verify again, after Iike 5 tries, my account got banned, they are telling me on Twitter that is permanent and they won't reply to my emails. How I'm suppose to defend myself if they don't even tell me why, I'm almost sure is just a misunderstanding with my document. The worst part is I have like a year worth of tokens that I can't longer withdraw.
