my little nephew came in between it won't happen next time...... that's why ,,,,, it's make me banned or disabled....lease activate my account........My money get stuck.....I want to withdraw my money.....

Your broadcast is your responsibility, so yes it's your fault and your ban is totally justified.
Since the rep said they cannot assist further, I am betting that your tokens are forfeit by breaking such a major rule of the site.
Hard lesson learned, but as I said, move on.
