Temporarily banned

Hi @punker barbie ,I noticed that someone was trying to log into my account twice that raised suspicion and made me to be logged out of my main account too. Now when I went to log back in I got banned temporarily. I tried writing email to the support but they haven't responded until now. Please help

Yes I received the the mail then I clicked at this's not me and when I went back to my account to log in I was told that the password was incorrect later I tried again and it was successful but now I had been ban temporarily already

You blocked yourself in your own way. Many people get scared by the email and click it's not me. You have to write to support that you accidentally clicked the it's not me button. This notification is sent after changing devices, computer, mobile, tablet. Or when you clean your computer, mobile tablet, delete a file, it automatically tells you that someone connected to your device and so on. It's the same as Neftlix, it still says someone connected, but I know it's me.

Don't panic and better to get advice if you don't know what it means. I didn't know what it was in the past either.
