Account blocking, wrong flow key

Good afternoon, dear colleagues and caring people. 6 days ago, my account was blocked due to the fact that due to negligence and random oversight, another model was broadcast from its account, but did not change the flow key to the OBS, so my account was online with another person in the frame. I wrote three times in support through the site and explained the situation in detail and very much asked to unlock my account. I also added my documents to the account of this model and her documents to my account to confirm that none of us tried to deceive the site or violate the rules. The answer has not followed for 6 days. Please help with what you can. @punker barbie
