Banned after private

Hi, I was in a private with a guy and he asked me to do something against the cb rules, I specifically told him that it was against the terms and conditions and that we could both get banned for this. When we returned from the private, my account got immediately banned. I’ve always upheld the terms and conditions of the website and I’m not sure if I made a mistake along the line but I feel that I was firm enough with him and did not execute any of his demands that were against the rules of the site.
