Abusive ex tried to dox during stream

My girlfriend has been a CB streamer for 10 years. She left an abusive ex earlier this year. Yesterday, during a stream, the ex tried to publicly post my girlfriend's personal info in the chat (real name, phone number, email, physical address). Luckily we'd prepared for this and a bot stealthily hid the message, but the fact remains he tried, and will likely continue to do so on other platforms. He later admitted via text message that it was him.

Would CB provide chat logs and/or customer info if she wanted to take legal action against him? Who should she contact?
