Account access stolen

hello,
i would like some help with my account sexy_munah ,

last monday 7th of july I was kicked out of the house where I was working from, unfortunately the lady owner of the house stole my laptop and sent me out of the house.
The laptop has all my chaturbate account passwords as well as my email and she took control of those things. I am the only verified person in the account.
So essentially I lost access to my chaturbate account and email associated with the account.
I contacted chaturbate support regarding this issue, but had to contact them from a different email than the one registered in the chaturbate account. That lady told me she was going to get my account banned as she kicked me out of the house.
I explained everything in my email to chaturbate support, however it is now saturday and I did only receive the automated message from support saying they received my email and would contact me shortly.

Since then, I think that lady did something with my account because I see it has been banned or deleted.

I kindly ask support to help me here, what do I do? I dont have a ticket number to post, only username, but if support contacts to the registered email , i dont have access to it as it was stolen from me.
I see i am not allowed to post my email here, so please @punker barbie could I send you a DM with the email I used to sent to chaturbate support so they can see my message and give me a response , when possible? Please.

haha we had a misunderstanding about $$ for food an it turned into a big thing so I had to leave

Hello @punker barbie thanks a lot for having helped me a month ago. I Did receive a positive response from chaturbate support and I was able to recover my account successfully.

I did stream for three weeks since then and being very careful and respecting all rules. However 5 days ago, I tried to log in only to see my account was banned. I did send email to support and they replied right away saying " Thank you for your patience. It appears there was an alert on your account. After review, the alert has been cleared."

I got unbanned and I just replied saying thank you and asked for more clarification about what happened but received no answer. Then later that day I streamed again, for a few hours, and the next day I tried to log in and my account was banned again. So I did send a second email asking what is going on, but I dont have a response yet.

I was hoping you could assist me. I havent broke any rules so I suspect what is happening, is that the lady who had taken my account and hacked it (what i mentioned in this original thread), has started boasting on whatsapp that she got me banned, she has send me messages gloating saying I am now banned and saying she has a boyfriend in usa or uk who does take screenshot of models on chaturbate, then uses photoshop to add kids and babies next to them , and sends them to reports to chaturbate to get models banned.

I dont know if that is what they did to my account now but I hope chaturbate can check the logs and realize I have never streamed with any kids or broke any rules, I am only sharing what that lady is boasting about doing in whatsapp with models she wants to get banned. Apart from that I cant think of anything that could have get me banned, then unbanned, then banned again. I dont understand what is going on, but its clear to me that lady and her boyfriend wont leave me alone so I was hoping to get unbanned and ask support to change my account nickname or something. Any suggestions please?

hello @punker barbie , thanks for the response. They havent responded me about the last email I sent a few days ago, when my account was banned (they banned me, then unbanned me, then a day after banned again)
. They did reply about my account recovery a month ago as I mentioned. Perhaps the ticket number shows they have contacted me , but as I mentioned above, this is a new issue from a few days ago.
Hope it makes sense, I will wait and see if they respond to me as to why I was banned, then unbanned, then banned again with no explanation given

Thank you so much, @punker barbie , the issue has been resolved and they have replied to me and unbanned the account.

For anyone curious, it looks like that lady I talked about in this thread was trying to impersonate me (e.g identity theft) ., chaturbate didnt go into detail about it but told me she was banned and my account was only banned pending review, and now they done their investigation I have been unbanned.
Hope I can stream in peace from now on lol
