Hello @punker barbie,

I'm writing to you regarding a recent $300 transfer. While the transfer was successful, I realized I forgot to include my username or any other reference information in the payment information.I was also informed that the money would be deposited into my account shortly after the transfer. However, after a reasonable amount of time, the payment has not yet been reflected in my account.I've been trying to reach your support team, but I haven't received a response yet. I would be very grateful if someone here could help me.I also have proof that I sent the money.

Thank you very much in advance for your support and understanding. I look forward to hearing from you soon.

My username is surretler,

Best Regards,

I know buying with crypto is more advantageous.

How is wire transfer more advantageous? That costs 8 cents per token no matter how many tokens you buy

But look at it this way, when you withdraw money from your credit card or use it, your bank will charge you a tax or fee, but there is no fee for the transfer.

You shouldn’t be incurring a fee every time you charge something to your credit card. Are you talking about paying interest if you don’t pay the balance on your credit card?

...you can do wires for free!? Who do you bank with?
right?

Something seems so off here.

I thought it was a more rare thing to do a transfer for tokens and that’s for extra large amounts at a time, not a simple $300 worth.

Hey ,

In fact, if you use CSB Bank, the bank doesn't charge any fees for domestic or international wire transfers. Credit cards, on the other hand, are essentially a reflection of your financial history, and banks and card issuers often earn commissions on your transactions without you even realizing it.

That's precisely why most banks aim to offer credit cards to as many customers as possible—not just for convenience, but because it's a long-term revenue stream for them.

Yeah, there are interest rates on credit card balances, that’s how they make their money.

I was just saying you should not see a fee for every charge you make on a credit card, whereas a lot of banks would charge for a wire transfer. Your posts have been confusing, hence @cbhours and myself posting for clarification.

Did the support email reply solve your issue?
