I was under the impression that discussing rape fantasies is against the platform's rules. I reported someone who wrote out a rape fantasy, and when he wrote the word "rape", it was in 4 separate messages like this:
R
A
P
E
I banned him because I'm not interested in performing this roleplay. But I also believed it to be against the rules, so I reported him. However, my report was reviewed and support found that it did not violate terms. I sent an appeal clarifying the situation, and was told that he did nothing wrong.

So...are rape fantasy roleplays now allowed on Stripchat? Should I stop reporting them for this? I have seen people lose their accounts for failing to report, and I don't want to be one of them.

It says this in the rules "Discussion in a sexual manner in relation to minors, incest, bestiality, and any other illegal subjects. Models should report such activity to us immediately. So I would guess rape would fall under "any other illegal activities" but SC is in Cyprus and they are HUGE supporters of Isrrahell and the genocide so rape might not be one of those things for them.

Yes, this statement is exactly why I reported it. I was surprised to see that the report was dismissed.

I assumed it wasn't allowed on any of the sites. Consensual non consent is another term people use for that one. I think they must have made a huge mistake because that's usually a hard NO everywhere. Shocking!

Hello @Squinkle

Rape fantasies are not allowed. I will PM you to get the user's name so that I can report it directly to our moderation team.
The fact that it was already reported and then appealed, and came back as no violation, if a violation is found now that indicates there's another issue that needs to be looked into since if support dosnt know what is and isnt allowed and yet they are the ones banning accounts that could obviously be problematic.

While I don’t have a horse in this race, since I don’t live cam anymore, stuff like this has really put me off from ever trying out Stripchat if I do decide to cam again in the future.

From what I’ve seen here, situations like this tend to be the norm, or at least aren’t uncommon, on SC. Where members (I’m assuming members who spend enough money on the site) can get away with very blatant TOS violations, but models can get banned if they’re too “rude” to a member.

I do really like how the reps here are active and they don’t give just bot type responses, like the PB account does with the Chaturbate threads. However, as someone who has been in the industry for years and isn’t on SC (so my viewpoint is more unbiased), it seems like they will always put members above their models.

Unfortunately, I don't even think this is just based on high spenders who get away with stuff.
I have reported plenty of non-big spenders for things that are clearly against the rules and fucked up, yet i get the "we found nothing wrong" email.

Sometimes it feels as well like maybe because I report "too" much? It's not like I am reporting 100s every day, just a few a week or whatever is necessary. Nowadays I dont even read the email i ge, i just report when someone is asking/wanting something fucked up, i may check on their name a few days later to see if they are banned or still active (99% of times they are still active), and then i just leave it and give up.
