Hello. I tried searching this problem but can't find much other than contact support. I have tokens in my account. But I can't tip any model.

Username: billyjenkin2

I did contact support but my question is what causes this issue? Just so I know if i'm doing something wrong, to stop doing it. Support still hasn't reached back out to me yet.
 
wait for support. don't email again. if you do so, it will push your ticket back, thus requiring you to wait longer. depending on their ticket queue, you might have to wait up to 24 to 48 hours.

Okay thank you. They have never taken almost a week to reply. So little shocked by this. Hopefully they respond soon

Is there anything you recommend I do? It's been over a week since the issue began. I don't want to email them again as I heard it puts you in the back of the line. When do you think I should try contacting them again?

@punker barbie , I just found out I can not chat with models either. I tried letting my regular models know what happened, but my messages can't be seen. Is this normal? Am I considered banned? Not sure what I did or what happened. I still have almost 1,000 tokens in my account

@punker barbie I know you've stated this two times already, but its been almost 10 days and I've heard nothing.

I have not been banned, I just can't tip or talk to models. Can I ask for a refund on my tokens and just create a new account? 10 days with no reply from CB seems like something is wrong.

@Vixxen81 Then what else can I do? My tokens are locked up and support hasn't replied in 10 days. I have not created any new tickets to slow down my process. Other people with similar issues are getting responses in under 2 days.
All you can do is wait. Usually when the ability to tip gets suspended it is because fraud was suspected somewhere. Not accusing you of anything, just that's usually the issue. They have to look through every tip and transaction you made or received.

Can I just ask for a refund at this point?
You should be able to understand if it's a fraud investigation, then definitely not.

Gonna have to be patient while they work it all out. Find something else to do.
