Subject: Studio Ban Appeal – Misuse and Malicious Activity
I am writing to respectfully request a review of my studio account, which was permanently banned in February 2025. I believe the ban was caused by the actions of a model who was under my studio at the time and who misused the platform without my knowledge or consent.
During that period, I was pregnant and unable to actively manage the studio. I used my personal funds (80,000 Kenyan shillings) to help four girls, including the model in question, obtain passports so they could work under my studio and repay the debt through camming. To ensure they stayed committed, I temporarily held their passports with their knowledge and agreement.
However, after some time, I noticed troubling behavior and returned their passports. Following this, one of the girls deleted both of her original accounts and created new ones, which she used to violate Chaturbate’s policies and commit malicious actions. She also misused the identities of my underage younger brothers to further her activities.
I later found out she falsely reported me to Chaturbate, accusing me of banning her. I believe this led to my studio’s ban. Meanwhile, she continues to create new accounts and remains active on the platform, despite her violations.
I fully respect Chaturbate’s policies and guidelines, especially regarding studios, and accept responsibility for not noticing these actions sooner. However, I had no involvement in these violations. I have since changed my device and setup and kindly ask for a fair review of my case with the full context.
