Account randomly banned

Hey all

account name is surewhynot1512 and was randomly banned in mid June from messaging. I don’t have anything stating the ban and never have with multiple requests for support. Made a new account and purchased tokens as I thought mine was just having odd issues as I had not violated the TOS, but when purchasing tokens that account was banned as well. I generally always use a vpn and wonder if it had to do with the IP that was chosen. I contacted support on this account as well but have not heard back. This account name is tyandgirth.
What should I do?

Wanted to message on here to bring it to top. Should be a few tickets on for the matter. Saw another post like this on their account being restricted. Might be the same case, but couldn’t tell you why.
