Need guidance with tokens remotion

Hi to all.
I need help a friend who is model un SC. Last night she enter in a private show and receive a very nice tip (2k). The show end whithout problems and some minutes ago, seems that the user complains (according to the user, the model did not fulfill its requirements in the show) and the tips were remove from her account.
I know that this is not SC support, but you have an idea of what kind of procedure she can use in order to recover her tokens?
She call me very sad and sounds emotionally very affected by this.

ETA: This also sounds like the reason she called you is so that you send her the money that "stripchat removed from her account". I am heavily questioning if that even happened because the timeline dosnt seem right, within minutes of ending the show the tokens were removed? SC support arnt that fast and things like this would be investigated first.

I understand your concern very clear. It wasnt me, I leave the site hours before that. I receive this call in the morning. What i relate is what I understand from his call and cry, and maybe the "minutes" was her impression in her sadness. I will wait some hours to talk again with her. Maybe talk more slowly she can explain me better.
Also I have clear that this things could take time to resolve.

From Stripchat’s side, we would review whether the performer fulfilled what was promised during the private session.

Examples:

• If her profile or private-show description states that she performs A, B, C, and D, but the user requested A during the private and she refused — this would qualify for a refund.
• If she agreed before the private to perform E, but then refused once the session began — this would also qualify for a refund.
• In such cases, the model may be subject to suspension or a ban for a deliberate scam, as she did not deliver what was promised.

However, if the user tipped her during or after the private as a gesture of appreciation, we would interpret that as a sign of satisfaction, and no refund would be issued.
