Dear @Punker Barbie,I responded to an email conversation with CB Support last week to provide details of a new account I was given permission to start, but I haven't heard back yet and I'm eager to start.I will PM you with the email address I send the email from if you could please tell me if my email is being looked at.

Please provide your username or ticket number so I may pass it along to our Support team.

There is no official username yet. The conversation by email was to confirm the creation of a new account. My email address is the only reference I have.

@punker barbie I asked Amber who confirmed that new members to the forum can't initiate direct messages. The request is just that you initiate the DM so she can pass on her email address to you in the hope that you can update her on the status of her communication with CB Support. Thanks!

Hi! My previous account was blocked and I have arranged with the support team to create a new account. I was told to write to them before I go through the verification. But they still haven't answered me.

Doesnt make sense, surely you are leaving out some critical detail that explains this weird procedure. They are going to leave your old account banned but let you create a new account but you must some how contact them first before even making the username so they can...... ...I can't even think of what they would do at that point this is very confusing. You sure you got the details right? They want you to contact them before you make the new account? Or after you make the new account and before the ID verification in which case you would already have your new username

Explaining the specifics of an agreement between a community member and CB isn't something that needs to be done publicly. The appeal is just for help with the process and was made specifically to @punker barbie as the CB rep.

This is a forum and chances are high the model has misunderstood the instructions.

What? It's not about models, it's about the procedure.
You implied that most models don't have the capacity to understand procedure and therefore somehow need your help to do so. That's comes off as patronizing.
