Unable to send tip. Please contact support...

Yesterday, I purchased tokens and start a pvt show with a couple. It froze and I had to reboot. Once I logged back in. I am no longer able to send tips or start pvt shows. I get the error "Unable to send tip. Please contact support..." like everyone else. My account shows I have over 2k tokens waiting. Ive sent 2 trouble tickets with no response. Ive used 2 browers and reset my internet on my end. Trying to see whats going on.

Sending multiple trouble tickets is not going to speed up an answer from CB Support as you are hoping.

And ..... not really wise to give your Email address on a public forum.

That's understood.
If you look at other posts on the forum, you'll see many others are currently or were in your situation in the past. That won't make you feel any better, though.

Support is 24/7. punker barbie account is a liaison between the forum and CB and only answers threads M-F. It (multiple people manage that account) cannot escalate or solve your issue, they will only relay whether or not support responded and you'll already know that before you even get a reply here.
