I'm not really sure how to phrase this question but basically i'm wondering if there is a way to have lets say, A wheel spin react to tips but I want a "physical" wheel to spin on the stream. Basically how a lovense would react to a certain amount of tokens being tipped and how that info is read i'm sure its possible but I am not sure how to search for it properly thank you in advance.

How good are you at software and electronics? It's possible but you'll need to custom write the software to pick up the tips and you'll need to write the software to interface with physical things.
I did this with lights, where they would flash blue and red when the high tip was passed, it was fun for a while and was a fun afternoon project, added in a bunch of other stuff but because it's not officially supported it takes a fair amount of maintenance to keep it running properly though. For a wheel that will spin when you get tips you'll need to build the software that gets the tips and youll need to then build the wheel that that software will be able to access.

Ya I imagine its like a script that would pick take the info from chat and use that to relay it to a wheel lets say maybe I will consider paying someone to build me a tool like that, Thank you for the response appreciate it

This thread might be helpful, there's a couple of posts where someone was asking me how I did it so there's kind of a berif overview of how it worked.
