I AM NOT RECEIVING THE VERIFICATION MAIL FROM STRIPCHAT!

Hey guys! I am Karly I have finally received my account bunniestwosomee from my last studio where the boss was holding unfairly my account.

Right now I have my account on stripchat which is bunniestwosomee and I have created a new mail which is stripveronicamj@gmail.com but now I have a problem. I have not received the verification email from StripChat in this email, I have been trying to re-send the link from the page but it seems to not work... I have sent an email to StripChat in october 23rd but I have not received any reply or solution to this.





Here you'll see that its not working the verification email...




Next I'll push resend verification....



The mail was sent correctly it says... but I have not received anything.... So I can not do livestream due to this...

Please guys I need your help.

This may sound obvious but, have you checked your spam folder?
Also be sure to click "All Inboxes" so it shows not just important messages but it also shows other/misc messages too.

Hi to everyone!
Last night I created an account on Stripchat, but I never received the email to confirm my account. I've closed the page by mistake and now I can't access to my account anymore, because I didn't even choose a password. I tried to ask to assistance but they haven't replied to me all today.
Some of you knows how to solve this issue?

by the way I removed the first image in your post as it included a name that may have been your real personal info. please make sure to never share that sort of information publicly.

People really shouldn't be posting their emails either, especially the ones they use to log in while saying they are waiting for a response from support...it's just asking for phishing emails.

I agree but if I moderated every post that people included their email address nothing would ever get through lol (and I’m too busy to keep up with it all!)

It goes to show, though, how many people jump into cam model work without having the most solid grasp on Internet security practices.

Its very difficult to get them to fix anything they are incredibly stubborn.
