Hello

I been using CB for years, as user and Model

Yesterday someone walked thru my shot, not at a ssexual moment even, only when i was chatting, and CB suspended me

Cant even buy tokens or tip, much less transmit anymore

Sent a email to support but got no response

The income i make from CB is an important extra, and i have friends that i help there, i would like to keep working witht the page

@punker barbie is there anything you or anyone else can do to help reinstate my account? My user name there is ravingr3d3

I uploaded the documents of the person that showed briefly on my cam to try and help fix the situation, but they banned me instead

im desperate to work , they can remove that person , i dont care, i was just trying to fix the issue of unblocking myself so i can work

They havent messaged me yet , my profile like another person here on the forum, says - Not Allowed To Broadcast - Ineligible But Approved

I have my various IDs approved but not allowed to do anything.

I also cant buy or tip other models, tho i can still chat , and do my work as a mod for a friend

Dont know if this info helps, and if you could help get me allowed to work normally , i would greatly appreciate it

Hi @punker barbie , i did what they said, and resubmited my id and its all the same, my ids are all approved, but im still marked as ineligible to stream o buy tokens or do anything

I have attached the images

I replied to their email with the ticket number you gave me

Dont know if you get many of these, but a BIG thank you for your help and any influence you may had in solving my case

My permissions to stream and do everything have been reinstated.
