The support team needs to put you on some whitelist or something so this stops happening. It's pointless to verify/approve you, then continue to repeat this process when they clearly know and accept you're an adult.

Agreed. That is beyond ridiculous for her to have to keep going through that. Punishing a woman for "aging gracefully" or maintaining a youthful look is crazy...
