Hi @punker barbie good day I would like to respectfully raise my concern regarding my previous account Swyt_soleil, which was banned due to actions that were not committed by me. There was a misunderstanding and personal issue between me and my former boss who allegedly accessed my account without my consent and used it in a way that violated the platform's rules and regulations, including the use of forbidden words and actions that could lead to a ban

Thank you very much for your time, understanding, and consideration. I truly hope you can review my case and as I have always been a good and respectful model since I started. I also wish Chaturbate continued success in all its future endeavors.

Hello, good day Pangker Barbie.


I would like to raise my concern once again regarding my old account that was banned, and I am kindly asking for your help in approving my new account. This is my only way to earn and provide even small financial support for my family's needs.


What my boss did to me is very unfair, especially since I did nothing wrong to her. She used my account without my consent in order to get it banned. This is extremely unfair on my part. The email registered on my account belongs to her, and I was unable to change it because she did not allow me to do so.


She also does not want me to become


independent because she would no longer benefit from my earnings. She relies on us models for her income. What she did was excessive she even required us to pay $350 (around PHP 20,000) just so we could leave her management. There was no agreement, no contract, and no signed document stating that we needed to pay this amount, which makes her actions manipulative.

Aside from me, another model was also banned even though she did nothing wrong. This shows how greedy she has become, to the point that she wants to control everyone on the site. Even when I had a fever, she still forced me to work despite my condition. She would get angry if I refused to go on duty, which is very unfair and abusive.


During an argument with my boss, I checked my account and saw that it was broadcasting under someone else. Only my boss and I had access to my account, which strongly proves that she was the one using it. This caused me great emotional distress. I am a proper and compliant model, and I never violated any Chaturbate rules. She never explained to me the prohibited actions in the first place, l only learned through observation and by talking to other models. That is why what she did to me is truly unfair.


I have evidence and screenshots that I can provide to prove that my account was used by someone else and that I was not the one broadcasting.
