You at least need to have an open ticket with support@chaturbate.com if you hope to get help here, because in your original post you heavily implied support has already determined your account won't be reinstated, and so you came here to see if you could get another answer. But actually, the rep here only lets the poster know if their email received a reply. Since your email already got a reply, there's not much punker barbie can do.
