Account banned /suspension

Hello @ Punker barbie please help me check my account (unholymercy) which was wrongly banned due to misunderstanding site thought that I am a minor and banned me I reverified my id and appealed but since that day no reply from cb please help me check so that i can atleast receive feedback from them.

Thank you @SCRIPTA my account unholymercy is finally back but I have the same issue with my first account (lia_bride) though it was under a certain studio and it was suspended since they thought I was a minor too this happened 7 months ago the account has my tokens is it possible for it to be detached from the studio and suspended to be lifted so that I can be able to cash out my tokens please ?

Check for me lia_bride too please it was my first account and it was suspended because of the same issue site thought I was a minor and suspended it with my tokens if possible I was requesting if it can be detached from the studio (marina_sea) and the suspension to be lifted so that it can remain an individual account please if it's possible and if anything it's needed for owner ship verification am ready to provide , just let me know
