My account on CB was banned due to the fact that I replied to a guy who had a dialogue on a forbidden topic, the account was fresh, it's only one day old, support has not responded for a month, and I would really like to stream on the site, please help me solve this problem

You may have received an email that your account is eligible to broadcast again, but the actually processing on site might take several hours. If you created an additional account prior to this process being completed on their end, that new account with your identification documents will not be eligible for broadcast. You need to verify that any outstanding issues with any previous suspension are fully rectified prior to creating additional accounts.

Support replied that I can broadcast again and not violate the rules of the site, but the documents are still blocked, 2 weeks have passed

So basically exactly what I had suggested. You need to rectify that original suspension BEFORE creating any new accounts. The suspensions follow the person, not just the account. Any additional account you create will also get suspended once ID verified, until all previous suspensions associated with your ID are cleared.

Do I need to delete the documents and upload them again? I deleted the old account and now I can only create a new one

It seems as though you may have inadvertently created a mess for yourself. For whatever reason, your identification is "blocked" and will require CB support assistance. Hope you're able to get things squared away. But for future reference, just never create new accounts to avoid problems. Good luck.
