Hi xdirtyflirtyx.

It's not clear from your post if you already contacted the support team. If not, you should do so and make your ban appeal to them directly, as the support team are the only ones who can review your case and lift the ban if that's a possibility.

From what I've seen here, support does not perform reviews on weekends. Also, today, Jan 19, is a holiday in the US, so it's unlikely that you'd get an answer before tomorrow, and even then, support can take several days to answer. Avoid trying to contact them multiple times, as every new message sent could possibly further delay their answer. That aside, the only thing you can do is wait.

In the meantime, you may want to take a look at the Terms & Conditions and the Code of Conduct and see if anything rings a bell.

I know that waiting is hard, and even more with the uncertainty of not knowing why it happened (I've been there), but try not to panic.

I hope that you get a favorable outcome, if you abided by the rules there's a great chance for the ban to be lifted. Anyway, you may want to take BlueEyezIrish's advice and explore other venues if you're not doing that already. It never hurts to have a backup.
