Hey @punker barbie my account was suddenly banned on chaturbate when I just logged. I don't know what I violated and I really didn't mean to violated any rules intentionally.. please help me im not getting answer from support and i dont know what to do. my account name is goonerboy2100

I am a bit confused about that ticket code. Chaturbate tickets are usually just a string of numbers, so that format looks a bit unusual. I have seen things like that being posted here on the forum, I don't know if they are really tickets or where they came from.

If you have already contacted support, you should have received an automated answer that almost surely says they appreciate your patience. You are going to have to wait until their answer comes. When did your ban happen and how long ago did you try contacting support?

That was only numbers I seen from the supports email reply.

Yes I received that exact email from chaturbate I found out last Monday the 12th when I logged into my account. It said I violated terms and conditions but I haven't been using my account the week prior so I doesn't make sense.I never try the break the rules whatsoever. Also I never got notification to my email from support chsturbate that my account was banned

So that may be your ticket after all, I don't really know. Anyway, for now it doesn't matter having a ticket number or not. What matters is that you received that automated message. I know it doesn't answer the why, when and what will be the outcome, but it means that support did receive your message and now it's placed on the queue awaiting for review.

When Chaturbate issues a ban, no matter if it is manual or automated, they never send messages, emails or any kind of notification to the user. It is expected that you know of the ban when you try to login into your account and then contact support if you decide to appeal. You said you noticed the ban and contacted support a week ago, so that's when you 'opened your case' and began your wait for their answer. One week is well within support's time to respond, so try to be patient. In my case, on two different occasions that I had to contact support, their answer came after 9 and 10 days. Of course every case is different and depending on what they have to do in order to review your situation and their workload it can take less, like a couple of days, or more, up to a few weeks.
