My account was banned when I was in the studio

I hope you are well. I’m reaching out to kindly ask for your help and guidance regarding my account situation.


I was previously working under a studio, and the account linked to that studio was dollface_diva. Unfortunately, the studio manager banned the account without informing me or getting my consent. I no longer have access to that account, and I am no longer working with the studio.


The email that was originally registered on the account also belonged to the studio, and I no longer have access to it. Because of this, I’m unable to receive any messages or updates related to the account. I kindly ask if it’s possible to update the registered email to one I currently control.


I contacted Chaturbate Support using this email address:

After the ban, I sent two messages from this email but did not receive a response. Since I genuinely enjoy working on Chaturbate and wish to continue independently and correctly, I attempted to create a new account after losing access to my previous one through the studio.


I want to be completely honest—I did not do this to break any rules or avoid policies. I only wanted a chance to continue working on the platform after losing access to my previous account due to circumstances beyond my control.


I truly value Chaturbate and would really appreciate the opportunity to resolve this the right way. Please let me know what steps I should take, or if you need any additional information or verification from me.

Creating multiple threads regarding the SAME issue is NOT the way.

Creating additional accounts to circumvent a ban is NOT the way.

Of note, the studio account was never yours. Perhaps you were not aware of this during sign-up or account transfer to the studio, but you gave up all account ownership to the studio. They can do with it as they want, including nefarious bullshit to make your potential future participation on the site impossible, or at least extremely difficult. It sucks, studios suck sometimes. It also sucks that these platforms continuously allow studios to get away with this shit. BUT, as was suggested in your previous thread, contact CB directly from your private email detailing your situation and HOPE they understand and grant you permission to play in their sandbox. Otherwise, move on to other platforms. Stop wasting your time trying to work on a platform that doesn't want you.
