CB banned account

Hello, @punker barbie

This is my first time here, and I would like to receive a response from you. So, basically, my CB account was banned due to:

Account Banned​

We have reason to believe that you may have violated our terms of service.

  • You have violated one of the Chaturbate rules.

    Rule Description: The discussion of illegal and unsafe actions, including, but not limited to: violence, blood, torture, cutting, extreme blood restriction, pain, asphyxiation, fisting, rape themes, or any actions associated with causing physical or emotional harm is prohibited.
I have only been keeping to chat that way cause some of my clients/viewers wanted to talk that way too, and they enjoy it. I am just a regular model who works in CB to live and survive day to day lives. I will take full responsibility and accountability from my wrong doings. It has been 23 days since I wrote to the support team, and no response from them yet.

My 1st question: will there be a chance that I will be able to withdraw my earnings?
2nd: will theres be a chance that i will be able to get working as a model in CB? CB is the only site that works with me since i get more viwwers and tippers compared to other sites

Yes I have received it and thank you for taking a time to reply to my post. But unfortunately I am now banned for life in CB. and I regret for doing it. I am taking the full accountability for what I did was wrong. as what people would said F around and Find out and I am facing the consequences now. I Hope @punker barbie chaturbate will give me another chance and this time I will be more careful and take matter when CB warns me. CB is the platform that best suite for me.

I hope you will take another consideration for me to be a cam model again.

I deeply regret my behavior and understand that it was not only a violation of the platform guidelines but also a breach of the trust that the community places in one another.

Upon reflecting on my actions, I realize the importance of following the platform's rules and how they ensure a safe, fair, and positive environment for all users. I take full responsibility for my mistake and understand the consequences that came as a result.

I am truly sorry for any inconvenience or disruption I may have caused, and I assure you that this will not happen again. I am committed to abiding by all the platform’s rules moving forward and contributing positively to the community.

If possible, I would greatly appreciate the opportunity to return to the platform and reactivate my account. I genuinely value the services it provides, and I have learned a valuable lesson from this experience. Please let me know if there are any steps I can take to be considered for reinstatement, even if it means I start from scratch, and I would be more than happy to comply

I'm sorry to hear it came to that. Honestly, I think, just as you said, that taking full responsibility and accountability is the best approach here. Unfortunately, this most likely means that you will have to take the valuable lesson you learned from this experience, move on and apply it on your next chapter.

Reviewing a case, lifting a ban, confirming a ban, or reverting a decision are things that only the support team can do and only through direct communication with them. So if you want any chance for your apologies to be heard, you should be contacting them directly. If you decide to do so, just be aware that from their point of view, issuing a permanent ban for an actual violation means that the case is closed and they may not even answer you back.

I hope they will give me another chance to be on their platform again. I have been working in since 2020 and the only reason I did it because my clients insisted me to talk about it. I know its wrong but its my only way to earn money from them. I hope they will unbanned my account even it means i have to start from zero. @punker barbie . I will promise that i will be cautious with my actions again. Please Im begging you. This is my only source of income
