I already cashed out on chartabate a day before they ban my account. But so far I haven't got my payment yet,I dont know if I will get it..I recieved an email from chartabate that they will give me a last chance on my account but they haven't return the account yet.what makes me more worried is the tokens I worked hard for I dont know if I will get them.please help me .account name (sweetcarl1 )

What EXACTLY did their response state?
I was told to reply that I have understand thats the last time they are giving me the account back and when I repeat the same violation then my account will lead to permanent ban..so I replied on how they told me and since then I have heard anything yet.my account is still banned and my payment not yet recieve them.but am patient.

CB is notoriously SLOW. If it's been more than seven business days, I would go ahead and send them ONE inquiry via their website support portal. DO NOT send them a lot of emails as that will only potentially push your ticket to the end of the line.

SUBMIT A REQUEST. Be sure to use the email registered on the account in question. You should then receive an automated reply email verifying that support has in fact received your request; We’ve received your message and are working to assist you as quickly as possible.... Some helpful articles may be provided. Scroll to the bottom of that email to where it states; Does this article answer your question? and click NO if you require further assistance. You should then wait for their reply to your email directly. It may take up to a week or more before you receive a response from them. The @punker barbie account reps will reply to your thread with verification of CB's email.
