I am banned - Who can I contact at the next higher level if support does not help?

Hello, I am a model since 4 years on chaturbate and now i'm banned.
I have written to the support and now I'm waiting for the exact reason. I know from past experience and from other members that it can sometimes be very difficult to communicate with the support. Specific questions about reasons are unfortunately always answered with the same text modules.
Is there a higher authority that can be contacted in the event of a ban?

I don't have a ticket number yet. I was so shocked last night and didn't know what had happened, so I just wrote a few lines via the link in my blocked account “our support form.”
As I've unfortunately read in many posts, the decision depends on the employee and how they classify the violation. I've been a model myself for four years and was a user for many years before that. I'm in contact with many models and viewers, and I hear a lot of complaints that when you're banned by support, you often don't get a reason or clear evidence of what you actually did wrong.

You have violated one of the Chaturbate rules.

Rule Description: The discussion of illegal and unsafe actions, including, but not limited to: violence, blood, torture, cutting, extreme blood restriction, pain, asphyxiation, fisting, rape themes, or any actions associated with causing physical or emotional harm is prohibited.

Please contact support if you have any questions.
Please feel free to contact us through our support form if you have any questions or concerns regarding this action.

I'm now waiting to hear what the support has to say and will then write a statement on the matter.
It makes me sad, that decisions are made based solely on word filters etc., without looking at the whole fact.
I have a lot of tokens in my account which is why this whole thing is really physically stress.

Looks like you were told the reason for the ban

If you talked about anything like that then that is the reason. The exact action is not really needed to know since all and any of those actions are a bannable offence
