Hi @punker barbie, please would you kindly help to ask if chaturbate can overturn the ban I was given on Friday nearly a week ago. Account misterattentive and coolhandjuan. I've written but no replies

Thank you so much. Both accounts were resolved, however re 'coolhandjuan' after I had tipped the CB model I was with successfully (so tipping issue solved) and while chatting in PM we agreed to go pvt but the following further 'ban' his happened .. (NB I've sent a support tkt when still logged in but have had no response)... >>

(NB words may not be exact per support tkt raised as couldn't get copy of support tkt sent when still logged in)

"My account ‘Coolhandjuan’ was fine it seemed. However i was chatting in a pm with a lovely model : amixxxxxx last Tuesday 24th Feb.
We were getting on fine so I asked if I could pvt and Amixxxxxx said yes so I decided to add 750 tokens from my usual card (Purchase ID: 221657107)
Then when tokens were added I pressed the Pvt button, but immediately the session froze and a ‘banned’ message appeared for no reason at all.


Almost as if there was a mark internally with CB against my usual card I use. The chat prior that we were having was fine and absolutely nothing that would have caused a ban
But I have 750 tokens I now cannot use please kindly assist if you can
