NEW Model Tag

Hi @punker barbie, not sure if I’m doing this correctly but I’m writing this because I would like to take advantage of the NEW model tag. I streamed once or twice during Covid & then deleted my account due to personal reasons so I never got to take advantage of the tag. They never gave me a ticket number with the email I sent support so I wanted to know if there’s anything you can do to help me with this? My username is Mae_Mariposa - Thank you.

Hi again support got back to me & said they can’t add the new members tag. I did write back asking what was the explanation as to why I couldn’t take advantage of the new tag since I didn’t before. Also I disabled my old account & made a new one accidentally. Can I please get my account reinstated since I never streamed on the new one & if I cannot take advantage of the NEW tag? My username is Maemariposa - thank you.

Hi, I think that back then the rule for the "new tag" was that you'd have it for one whole week from the moment you got verified or from the moment of your first stream. I don't remember which, but it's one of the two.

Can I please get my account reinstated since I never streamed on the new one & if I cannot take advantage of the NEW tag?

You should ask that directly to support. It's important to know that you won't be talking to them here on the forum.

I'd think that that account, if you deactivated it years ago, is no more. But only they can confirm that.

With the new rule on the tag being in affect, I can't see how anyone from before the change would be able to get the new tag.

Hi & thank you - they did respond briefly & told me to follow up if I needed anything. I did yesterday & I still have not heard back. I’m not banned or anything thankfully but I am suffering financial loss over this issue.. do you know if support handles issues on weekends?
