No, he's not asking about bringing another model on cam with him. He's asking about interacting with a customer on the other side of the screen watching him.
My apologies, I misread that, but your best bet is to get a dildo, and whenever you have to do that, just do it to the toy.

It’s always: add a toy, then a bigger one, put it in a tighter hole, do it harder, if it vibes turn it on maximum. You can often tell before you bring it out as they will say “what’s the biggest toy you have?” Or “how hard will you pound yourself” and I respond, “I don’t think I’m the camgirl for you if that is your first question.”
Oh but to the question at hand, best way is a realistic dildo, face close to cam, hand around the dildo so you don’t actually choke, and position yourself so the base of the dildo is barely off screen. Eye contact with the camera is especially appealing.

Yes, once I had a show on Streamate (back when they allowed phone calls on there) where the guy kept telling me to gag (on the dildo), and I kept saying no. Eventually, he screamed down the phone at me "Guys on CB do a better job of that without even being paid!" By better job, he meant specifically that I had the "audacity" to state some personal and sexual boundaries, and that I was not willing to stretch those boundaries or go past those boundaries for him. @LilyLaughing ’s description sounds just about perfect, IMO.
The only thing I’d add is not to assume a member that requests to see a blowjob wants to also see deepthroat. Personally, that’s not my thing, and I’m perfectly happy to see a less aggressive show.
