i’m writing on behalf of my friend regarding their banned account. they contacted support about this issue about a month ago but have not received any response yet, so i’m helping them follow up in hopes of getting an update. the account username is lovely_leah23. the notice says the account was banned for violating rules related to discussing unsafe or illegal actions. however, from what they explained, they did not intentionally violate any of these rules. if something was flagged or misunderstood, it would have been completely accidental and not done on purpose. my friend has been waiting for a response for quite some time now and would really appreciate if someone from the support team could review the account and explain what caused the ban. they are more than willing to follow all the rules and correct anything if there was a misunderstanding. there are also tokens still on the account, so they would really appreciate some clarification about the situation or possible next steps. since it has already been over a month without any reply, we kindly ask if someone from support could please respond to this email as soon as possible. thank you for your time.
