I have responded and give an explanation on my account which is banned because of underage policy of the Chaturbate. I have made my point to the customer service yet there's no support being given to me as of the moment.
I will explain everything to you, since you are a real person who will read and understand the scenario of my account.

Here's what happened @punker barbie , the client asked when was my first sexual experience and I honestly responded that I was 15 years old back then, but there's no role play nor other underage person being involved in the conversation. If you can just look for the whole conversation, you would see that I did not violate any underage policy in the Chaturbate platform. Please see the attached policy of your Chaturbate platform, you will see that I NEVER engaged in a minor role play.

What is the real problem here is that your moderator don't have any comprehension of the policy, if they REPORT JUST A NUMBER BELOW 18 then it's already an underage role play violation which is not in my case and will automatically banned the account.

I have also attached the email in which they have received my whole explanation of the scenario, yet there's no response.

If you can see that any of the enumerated violation does not fall in the conversation with the customer. It was an HONEST ANSWER to the client in which the Chaturbate platform upholds INTEGRITY and HONESTY in which I also embody too.

Please @punker barbie , only you can help me and sort this out, since you can really understand this matter. I believe, the team who handles account violation has a screenshot or a recorded conversation of the interaction with the client.

I'm hoping that you would respond and make this misunderstanding go away and reactivate my ability to broadcast again in my Chaturbate account.

Hi, I understand that you didn't act in bad faith, that it was not your intention to break the rules and that you think that you actually didn't break them. However, in this particular case, seems that you actually did, even if unknowingly. Seems that you read the ToS but maybe you forget to read also the Code of Conduct.

Discussions involving minors are forbidden, even when talking about yourself as a minor.

You can find a lot of similar cases like yours (talking about oneself as a minor) here in the forum and many got their bans lifted, but if you wrote your appeal with a similar tone as your post here, claiming they're wrong and that they don't understand their own policies, it might play against your odds for a positive outcome.

If you actually told them that, I think that now that you have new information, it'd be useful for you to write them again to let them know that you've read the rules and that now you understand what happened and why you were banned. Most probably support hasn't seen your messages yet so you're still on time to do it. They'll take from a few days up to more than a week (from the date of your last sent message) to review your case and provide you with a definitive answer. Good luck.

Half of my clients say I'm boring. Yes, clients require you to say a lower age, they know very well that you'll have a problem. It's an answer to the question and it doesn't fall in any underage role play or underage violation. They should have a common sense of what underage policy is all about and it's stipulated in their policy. They enumerate it and we should abide and understands it very well. In my case, I strongly believe it's an honest answer to the question of the client and I reiterate, there's no UNDERAGE ROLE PLAY being involved in the conversation.

Thank you for your suggestion. I appreciate it, however, there's no simulation of minor being involved in the conversation. There's no discussion of minor since it was just an honest answer to the question. I hope that @punker barbie will understand my case and lifted the banned. I greatly appreciate all the replies on my thread. There's no underage role play in my case.

You should never write about the age under 15 when you had your first sex, or for example, how old you were when your breasts grew. I can't write that they grew when I was 15. I always write 18. It's a violation of the rules if you wrote and answered that you had sex when you were 15.

Chaturbate and other sites prohibit writing and responding to experiences or stories you had, for example, when you were 15. And if you go through this discussion a little deeper, you will find many models who have been banned.

You cannot even talk about going to school under 18 or going on family vacations when you were a kid. You're permanently banned and need to move on.

There's no discussion of minor since it was just an honest answer to the question. I hope that @punker barbie will understand my case and lifted the banned. I greatly appreciate all the replies on my thread. There's no underage role play in my case.

You are completely disregarding valuable insight from some very experienced models. You were performing on a cam site. Many topics & actions are inappropriate & forbidden.

It doesn't matter that you say there was no roleplay. It was a costly mistake.
I think you're making another mistake by not trying to accept & understand the knowledgeable replies given so far.
