Then you need to wait for their answer. Despite the internet at large declaring this forum is the place to get issues resolved, it's only a place where you receive confirmation that your support ticket was received in the help desk. They are answered in the order they are received and sending more emails will delay reponses from CB staff.Of course I wrote it
