My account was banned out of nowhere they gave me no warning or reasons why I was banned and they have not responded to me

Thanks for replying, they never gave me a reason for being banned and I've been on there for years, haven't done anything different. Just really confusing

I understand you, I've been there too. The only advice I can give you is to try to be patient. Waiting + uncertainty suck but if you can't think of anything that could have happened then there's no point in grinding that thought in your head. It could be a lot of different things really, if anything, take a look at other threads and see if anything rings a bell. Other than that, if you already appealed, now just wait.

I will just wait but are they going to still charge me the $20 a month and what about the $40 worth of tokens i had just bought?

Also they say they want me to do a two step verification i try won't let me i can't even delete the account

I thought you were a model. From what I read in the forum, it seems that if your recurring payment is due while you're banned you'd still be charged, but I'm not really sure. About the tokens, they will be unfrozen if they lift your ban or most likely forfeited if they don't.

No I'm not a model just someone who watches and how do I stop payment on it i guess get ahold of my credit card company and tell them to stop payment?

Yes, that could work. Just be aware that any payment dispute handled outside the platform usually ends with a permanent ban for the user. So if you still have hope/interest in regaining access to the site, it wouldn't be the best idea to do that.
