Hi everyone,

I’m looking for some advice regarding my Chaturbate account.
My username is BethFlatcher. A few days ago my account was suspended due to a rule about imitating token tips. I understand now that this was a mistake on my part — I was joking with a regular user and didn’t realize it could be seen as misleading.

I’ve already contacted support and sent a message explaining the situation and apologizing, but I haven’t received a response yet (it’s been 4 days now), so I’m starting to worry a bit.
If anyone has had a similar situation or knows how long it usually takes, I would really appreciate your insight.

Hi, support usually takes between a few days up to more than a week to answer. It may be helpful if you check out this. Unfortunately, there's no way to speed up the process--not here in the forum anyway. You have been placed in a queue so they'll get to your case when it's your turn.

Would you be willing to elaborate a bit more about the context of the situation? A ban for that usually comes after someone actually tries to make a fake tip, usually a user, so I'm curious about what you as a model said or did.

Anyway, a human will review your interactions and decide if there was a violation or not. Hopefully the rep here will let you know when your case is set up to be reviewed.

Hey-hey! Yes, I was in PM with my regular user. We were just joking. He opened his camera, did his usual business inside the Chaturbate site, he said “tip me” and I jokingly wrote “tipped N tokens” several times, but it really was a joke with him. And I’m sorry that at that moment I was as careless as possible in relation to the site and my profile. But now I realize my guilt in this and really hope that I can return to the site. Thanks for noticing me!

Hello, my account (justokens) isn't allowing me to withdraw tokens. I had a token discount and was asked to contact support, but I haven't received a response.
The account isn't banned, but it is blocked, and I have a very large amount in the account.
