Need Help – Stripchat Account Permanently Banned Without Valid Reason

My Stripchat model account has been permanently banned with the reason “unregistered person.”
I want to clearly state that there has never been any third person in my room except my couple partner. I have always followed the platform rules and never intentionally violated any guidelines.
I have already sent multiple emails to the support team explaining my situation, but I have not received any proper response or resolution. Now they are even refusing to accept my new application.
I am fully ready to provide any kind of verification — whether it’s ID verification, live verification, or any other process required. I just want a fair chance to prove my case.
If anyone has faced a similar issue or knows how to resolve this, please guide me or help me.
Any genuine support or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Anu, I'm so sorry this happened to you. Are you sure your partner was regstered? Each individual on the broadcast must be 18 or older and verified seperately on the same account. Also was your partner wearing any kind of Facemask? If so to wear a face mask you must take a photo of yourself holding the mask to verify it is you. SC may have detected an unknown person on a video or on live TV and thought you violated the rules. This happened to me once. I had a glimps of a person on a music video and my broadcast was halted and I was warned not to have unregisred people on the broadcast. I selected I understand and from now on when I play music videos people are not shown regardless of wherther they are celeberties or not.

C'mon now... why would they accept a new application if you're already banned? That doesn't even make any sense. If YOU are banned, then YOU are still banned on any new account you make. The proper steps are to appeal your case to the initial ban via their support protocols, directly. Good luck with your appeal.
